Day 1 – Welcome to Curacao (D)
Bon Bini (“Welcome”) to Curaçao!
Upon arrival at Curaçao International Airport, you’ll be greeted by the BEIP Team and transferred to the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort (or comparable 4-star hotel).
After check-in and time to settle in, we’ll gather for our Welcome Dinner, where you’ll meet your fellow travelers and learn about the exciting experiences awaiting you throughout the week.

OCEAN KING (ONE BED) AND OCEAN QUEEN (TWO BEDS) DESCRIPTION
With sweeping ocean vistas from the full balcony, overlooking the Infinity Beach Club and sparkling Caribbean Sea, the Ocean King rooms are designed with natural accents and sandy neutral tones, these cozy retreats feature a plush king-sized bed. Modern furnishings, elegant wall moldings on the colorful accent wall, local artwork, and creative lighting provide a chic setting for restful nights, while a designated workspace offers a convenient place to stay productive. Today we begin our journey into the rich history and culture of Curaçao.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations (any time after purchase): $250 Cancellation Fee per reservation
Cancellations less than 30 days from travel date: $450 Cancellation Fee
Cancellations 7 or less days from travel date: NO REFUND
Customers should expect a refund within 30 calendar days.
Failure to make the required final payment by the due date (30 days before tour) may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation without further notice. Any refunds will be governed by the BEIP Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of cancellation. BEIP reserves the right to release unpaid reservations to other guests once payment deadlines have passed.

Events beyond our control: We cannot assume liability for events beyond our control, including, war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, pandemic, viruses, COVID-19, health risks, technical problems with transport including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events. Credit toward an alternate BEIP Tour Date (within 6 months of original tour date) may be available (RESTRICTIONS APPLY).
